Accountant - Kim Verrall, CPA

Kim has been with DFK Gray Perry since January 2000. Already having a Degree in Accountancy from SA Institute of Technology, she then completed the CPA program in June 2003.

 Prior to working at Gray Perry, Kim was involved in a family business for many years – involved with stock, staff and payroll, cashflow, budgeting etc.

 At Gray Perry Kim is responsible for:

• preparation of financial accounts, tax returns and BAS, for all entities
• preparation of accounts/tax returns for super funds
• Fringe Benefits Tax returns for all clients
• Audit of various clients
• MYOB & Cashflow Manager setup and assistance

Over the years she has been instigating the review and preparation of all workpapers, electronic filing of data and systems involving the accounting staff. Recently she has taken on the responsibility of co-ordinating the implementation of an Intranet System.

 For several years she has co-ordinated the staff training at Gray Perry for the accounting staff.

Personal Details:
Kim is married with 3 boys and when she gets free time enjoys gardening, reading and going to the movies. Her husband is involved with the wine industry and both enjoy wine tasting and dabble in making their own wine.
